We have noticed that many of our clients are not backing up their data. I keep going on and on about this, but I can never stress how important it is!
If you are not doing a daily, weekly or monthly back up, here is an easy solution for those extremely important files:
Email them to yourself!
I do this on occasion “just in case” and I do daily back ups!
